Patch Adams, an exciting 10 1/2-length maiden winner at Churchill Downs on Nov. 30, returned to the work tab Saturday for the first time since that victory. The Brad Cox trainee worked four furlongs in 50.6 seconds at Payson Park. Patch Adams closed at 22-1 in the second pool of the Kentucky Derby Future Wager and was 20-1 in Las Vegas as of Sunday.
